Description:This new series is utilizing a state of the art zipper that is turned inside (it looks reversed) to avoid abrasion on the coil and threads that attach the coil. Additionally there is a polyurethane coating laminated to the zipper tape that makes it water repellent and also "slippery" to reduce even more abrasion. Another major feature is the "Skid Plate", made of nylon webbing, that is sewn on either side of the main zipper which will protude above the zipper and take most of the abrasion. Eight rubberized feet are sewn on the bottom and back of the pak to help defer abrasion on the fabric. The flagship of the Uni-Med line, this pak is loaded with features and give everything you need in an 02/Airway Management/Trauma Pak. Similar to the 02 Airway Pak, but with three additional pockets on the outside providing 1,300c.i. (21,307) of additional space with a quick access window for starting 02 therapy. ALS has a special section on lid for blades and handles. BLS has special pouches on lid for trauma supplies, etc. "HANDS FREE CARRY" and "NO SPILL" feature ( if overturned or hanging vertically, contents will not spill) come standard. Standard pak consists of: 1000D Cordura® outer cover, ABS plastic protective shell, D tank cover with handle & 2" wrap around straps, two large front compartments: to carry BVM's, 02 mask, cannula tubing & airways. Re-movable color-coded inner pouches: 3ea-5" pouch (Green, Tan, Orange), 1ea-8" pouch (Red), 1ea-16" (Yellow), removable lid insert for ALS & BLS, special tape loops, carrying handles, hanging loop, hidden backpack shoulder straps, detachable circumferential shoulder strap, internal strap to secure 02 tank, 3m reflective tape, heavy-duty double slide self repairing Uretek Coil® Zipper (most durable zipper in the industry).
