WARRANTY
At Universal Medical Design (U.M.D) we are proud that you purchased one of our products. We go to great extremes to assure you of the highest quality materials and workmanship in each product. Please fill out and return this warranty registration card.

Limited Warranty
U.M.D warrants for Two(2)years from the date of your purchase and only to the original retail buyer that our products are free of defects in materials and workmanship. If the buyer discovers a warranty related defect, the buyer should return the product to U.M.D. U.M.D. reserves the option to repair or replace any product returned under warranty. That is the extent of our liability under this warranty and, upon expiration of the applicable warranty period, all such liability shall terminate. NO OTHER EXPENSE OR LIABILITY WILL BE ASSUMED BY U.M.D.

Warranty Exclusions
U.M.D. does not warrant products against normal wear and tear, unauthorized modification or alteration, improper use, improper maintenance, accident, misuse, negligence, damage due to corrosive materials or abrasive wear or other wear normally expected in the use of the product involved (in other words wear and tear is not covered under this warranty), or if the product is used for a purpose for which it was not designed. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Except as expressly stated in this warranty, U.M.D. shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or other types of damages arising out, or resulting from the use of the product.

Cleaning Instructions
All products must be clean before returning to U.M.D. for any warranty request. Please clean the item with warm water, mild detergent and a stiff brush, air dry then contact us for shipping details. Never launder your pack in the washing machine or dryer. In case of oil stain, use a commercial quality stain remover.
